When you’re obsessed about cycling technology, it’s easy to get carried away with tech-speak and jargon. The following is a brief explanation of some of the revolutionary technology behind our products.

PROSECCO
A topical hydrophilic treatment which causes water droplets to spread out over a larger surface area allowing for quicker evaporation.

VELOCITY with Prosecco
A breathable, lightweight fabric with a clean stretch fit and a smooth face to reduce boundary layer drag.

SG0.6
The world’s lightest known fiber suitable for cycling use. A hollow core fiber that is less than 60% the weight of traditional cycling fabric. Made from polypropylene so it does not absorb water. The technical strength of SG0.6 is in the use of airflow to evaporate moisture.

SG0.6 WINDPROOF
Using the technology of SG0.6, SG0.6 WP sandwiches a wind membrane between two layers of SG0.6 fabric. Trapped air in the fibers provide excellent insulation in cold while allowing airflow to evaporate sweat. It’s the lightest windproof baselayer developed for the professional in all of us.

STRATUS with Prosecco
A dual layer 100% polyester fabric which uses a multifilament inner layer to transport moisture to the microfiber outer layer for maximum evaporation.

X-SPAND with Prosecco
A very comfortable fabric with a small Lycra® content and polyester base. Used in jerseys for excellent stretch and breathability.

PROCOOL PLUS with Prosecco
The new ProCool Plus fabric is a major step forward in classic jersey fabric. Maximizing moisture management at never before seen levels. With a controlled stretch, ProCool Plus provides for a perfect fit.

ENDURANCE
Endurance LycraPower® is used exclusively in the new Comfort Bib Short. With a 43% Lycra® content, Endurance uses computer controlled knitting to vary the fabric texture throughout the garment. This new technology eliminates the need to stitch a garment creating a lighter and less restrictive garment.

SOFTLEX
Soft, stretchy, and with a cotton hand and look, Softlex provides outstanding moisture management and comfort. Excellent for cycling inside and outside.

BREATHE with Prosecco
LycraPower® in an open weave design. Allows for significant airflow around fabric fibers, thereby evaporating more moisture from inside the fabric.

ENERGIA with Prosecco
LycraPower® designed with horizontal stretch provides immediate return. Supports muscles without constricting and has a ribbed knit surface that aids in aerodynamics.

ACTION with Prosecco
A 210 gram microdenier PowerLycra® that is 80% nylon/ 20% Lycra® and is renowned for its complete comfort since it is completely soft on the skin, yet highly abrasion resistant.

AFFINITY LYCRA
Our standard shorts fabric will have you screaming comfort. 190 grams of outstanding stretch and rebound with a smooth semi-matte finish.

FORCEFIELD
A 35-gram fabric that is wind and water resistant, yet highly breathable. Stows away into practically nothing.

FORCEFIELD STRETCH
A fabric with the same wind and water resistant properties as our Forcefield technology, but with increased elasticity for a more snug fit.

TORRENT
Designed for dependably waterproof garments in heavy rain. Treated with a DWR finish so most moisture simply runs off, while the fabric itself features 10,000 mm water column waterproofness and 8,000 mvp breathability.

WINDSTOPPER® HELIUM 80
This extremely lightweight shell material repels water and wind, and disappears into your pack. And no matter how you’re working, thanks to Windstopper’s® breathable membrane, you’ll always stay dry.

WINDSTOPPER® PRIMA 50
Windstopper’s® lightest Active Shell fabric at just 50gm/m². Prima 50 provides excellent breathability and water repellency making this fabric our most versatile all season fabric.
