BikePark Wales' new HotStepper red trail opens next Wednesday and features drops, slabs and jumps

The team at BikePark Wales has announced that its latest trail creation – HotStepper – will open next week, Wednesday 30 March.

The new trail is BikePark Wales' longest red run at 1.6km and was designed following feedback from the parkgoers who provided details on the kinds of features, shapes and textures the new trail should challenge riders with.

HotStepper was a tough three-month build with the Back-On-Track and BPW teams working through the cold, muddy midwinter to get the trail ready for spring. The new trail, which can be accessed via Terry's Belly, features rock drops, technical slab features, a hand-cut rooty section, jumps and flowing turns to test your skills.

With the HotStepper opening next Wednesday, it's the perfect excuse to get over to BikePark Wales – Europe's only Enve demo centre – and try out the latest Enve wheels. For only £70 per day, you can try out as many sets of Enve's finest made-in-the-USA wheels as you like to find the perfect partners for your bike. This cost is also fully refundable when you purchase a set of Enve wheels at either BikePark Wales or your local Enve dealer.
