At Saddleback.co.uk we are happy to offer a full refund on any items returned to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason if the item is unused.
We also offer a full refund (at your request) for goods that prove to have a fault within 30days of receipt even if this item has been used. Please note you can still request a replacement or repair this is at your discretion.
In addition we offer a full 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. We will repair, exchange or refund you, for manufacturing or material faults at our discretion in line with fair wear and tear.

Unused Returns for exchange or refund (wrong colour, size or fit, or simply changed my mind)
Please inspect all goods carefully when you receive them
If you are not 100% happy for any reason with your Saddleback.co.uk purchase you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 working days of the receipt of your order, provided the goods are unworn and in new condition.
Returns Faulty Goods (Manufacturing fault, damaged in transit, not the item ordered, not as described)
If you receive faulty goods (visible manufacturing faults, or a fault that becomes apparent after use) you can ask for a full refund or a replacement item within 30days after receipt of the goods, even if the goods are worn. We will in addition refund reasonable return postal costs.
In Addition, after the first 30 days all goods are covered by a two year guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship. Faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion or if you prefer to keep the goods you can request a partial refund taking into account the fault. All such claims are based on fair wear and tear.
