The Adjustable Pliers Wrench is a powerful addition to any home or portable professional bike repair kit, since it is just over 7″ long, but can be adjusted to offer a functional jaw opening range of between 0-1.25″, and thus replace a full set of box end wrenches.
Made from hardened steel, with double-dipped rubber grips for easy handling, it is short enough to be used for precision work in tight spaces but will fit most traditional fasteners. Additionally, it can be trusted not to cam off and round the edges of wrench flats, with the user's grip clamp force working to hold it firmly in place.
Finally, it is easy to adapt to the task at hand, with a spring-loaded push button allowing fast, slip-lock adjustment of the jaw opening, while a two-sided, laser-etched metric scale helps set to the boundaries of the clamp opening and determine the fastener size.
