Returns Policy

Returning unwanted items to Saddleback is easy with our 30-day returns policy.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund, provided it meets our condition requirements.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Use our Returns Portal to start your return. This allows you to drop your parcel at any of the 8,500 EVRI locations across the UK.

Items must meet the Condition of Returned Items criteria outlined below.

Returns Label Fee

You can use our portal to purchase a returns shipping label at a cost of £3.95, which is deducted from your refund

If you prefer, you may return items using your own delivery service to the address below. You are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of the parcel.

Order ID

We recommend using a signed-for service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If an item is returned due to a fault, we will refund:

The original outbound shipping cost
The return shipping cost

BIKES AND LARGER ITEMS

Items larger than 60 × 50 × 50 cm or heavier than 10 kg cannot be returned via EVRI.

Items Damaged on Arrival

If the outer packaging is damaged on delivery, please sign for the parcel as damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, return it via the Returns Portal as soon as possible. Returns for damaged items are free of charge using our EVRI service.

Buy X Get Y Free Promotions

If an item purchased as part of a Buy X Get Y Free promotion is returned:

The value of the free item will be deducted from the refund unless all qualifying and promotional items are returned.

To receive a full refund, all items from the promotion must be returned.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

Be new and unused
Include all original, undamaged packaging
Have all tags and labels attached Not have been worn next to the skin (please try shorts on over clean underwear)
Include any promotional items if applicable

 Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Battery Returns & Recycling

Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. We offer a free battery take-back service for batteries purchased from Saddleback.

Only batteries of the type we supply can be returned.
